Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Career Fitly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance for AI features such as resume scans, cover letters, mock interviews, bullet rewrites, and job fit summaries. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and are shown on the pricing page. When an allowance is used up, the feature is paused until the next reset or until you upgrade.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not prorated. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

5. AI output — no guarantees

Scores, feedback, drafts, and career recommendations are generated by AI. They are suggestions, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a prediction of hiring outcomes. Always review output before sending it to an employer. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit — do not present invented experience, credentials, or results as your own.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Don't use the service to create fraudulent or deliberately misleading applications.
• Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, access other users' data, or probe our infrastructure.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own product.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the documents generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the features you use.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and AI providers we depend on may occasionally be slow or unavailable.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical.
